===== WEEKEND RECAP FOR JUNE 19th – 23rd, 2025 =====

Krysten Anderson takes 3 of 5 brackets in Athens with three final-round wins over Top 15 ranked opponents, which moves the Digger driver up 13 spots in the world standings. The points that Jon Zimmer Jr picked up were also enough to shake up the top of the leaderboard, with Coty Saucier returning to the #1 position.

Brandi Schmidt also had a great weekend. She and the Legends of Monster Trucks series tour across three Minnesotan cities in three days and Schmidt made the finals in all four events, including a win in Ada on Friday night.

Triton Robbins won both of the Monsters and Megas events in Imperial, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh and has moved up into 4th place overall. He is the highest ranked independent driver in the sport.

This weekend also saw Team Scream join the All Star Tour for two events in Michigan; Team Throttle Monster racing six of their trucks on a tight St Louis style track in Colorado; and Jimmy Creten taking the Wins lead with his 30th and 31st wins of the season in San Bernardino.

6/21 Sat Ngt: JOSH BAUMGARTNER [Bigfoot] defeated Tim Jones [Tailgator]

Tim Jones joined the tour and made the finals both nights on the tight Chicago-style track. Josh Baumgartner picked up his first win since Kennewick two months ago as he beat out Jones on Saturday night. These two met in the finals in Hot Springs, Arkansas back in March. That one was won by Jones, so they are tied with 1 win each.

===== HANFORD, CA =====

6/19 Thu Ngt: STANLEY HERNANDEZ [Lone Wolf] defeated Jerrod Compton [Anubis]

6/20 Fri Ngt: NO POINTS; The bracket could not be scored

Stanley Hernandez has been in the finals 3 weekends in a row now and has wins in the last 2. The Friday night racing only had two heats and no bracket so we could not score it for points.

===== IMPERIAL, PA =====

6/21 Sat Ngt: TRITON ROBBINS [Krazy Train] defeated Steven Thompson [Truckin 4 Troops]

6/22 Sun Aft: TRITON ROBBINS [Krazy Train] defeated Montana Robbins [Plane Krazy]

Monsters and Megas were back in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with another challenging straight-line drag race on the front stretch of the Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Triton Robbins is in the running for the Open Championship and he picked up more valuable points with his 21st and 22nd wins of the season. Robbins now has the 3rd-most points of all drivers (9250) and sits in 4th place in the rankings.

===== LOGAN, UT =====

The reports we’re getting out of Logan, Utah is that Tyler Groth won both nights of racing, but that the brackets were a mess and not decipherable. We can confirm the second race did not have winners advancing. If anyone has heat-by-heat results for the first race we’d love to take a look at them, but it seems like both of these will have to go down as unscoreable.

===== ONAWAY, MI =====

6/21 Sat Ngt: ELLIOTT MILLER [Frontier Truck Parts] defeated Brett Falvey [The Haymaker]

Throwdown has some of the wildest racing action of the weekend on a long and muddy drag racing track at Onaway Speedway! Elliott Miller has no fear in freestyle and he drove the 3 jump track just like a freestyle run, including a wild semi-final race against Hellion where fly across the finish line sideways, landing on the sidewalls in his opponent’s lane! Miller wasn’t done he has used a big first leap in the finals to get a lead on strong racer Brett Falvey and beat The Haymaker to the line for his 3rd win of the season.

===== OSHAWA, ON =====

This All Out Tour event used timed trials to set the finals rather than a bracket and so points could not be awarded. It was Mike Worsley over Sharon Lubsen for first place.

===== QUARRYVILLE, PA =====

6/21 Sat Ngt: KURT PHILLIPS [Crushstation] defeated Zane Rettew [Shredder]

Kurt Phillips hasn’t seen racing action since driving Aftershock at the All Star Race in Bangor back in 2022, but something about that Lancaster County air did him wonders as he came out and knocked off four top trucks on the drag racing track at the Buck Motorsports Park. That includes a big upset win over track owner Zane Rettew in the finals!

===== SAN BERNARDINO, CA =====

6/21 Sat Ngt: JIMMY CRETEN [Bounty Hunter] defeated Brandon Gallie [Enforcer]

6/22 Sun Aft: JIMMY CRETEN [Bounty Hunter] defeated Dan Dahlgren [Shark Bite]

Jimmy Creten now leads the world with 31 racing wins, which is 2 better than Coty Saucier’s 29. The 2X Live tour traded their usual tight, dirt-track Chicago-style tracks for an asphalt St Louis style race in San Bernardino. They also upped the field size by two, bringing Enforcer and Play’n’ For Keeps into the competition. Brandon Gallie in Enforcer looked strong on Saturday night and was tied with Creten into the final turn in the championship race, but the Bounty Hunter had too much power and pulled away. On Sunday, the turning tires took a beating and lots of guys were clipping—or occasionally running over—the turn markers on the slick asphalt track. Dan Dahlgren was having trouble getting the big shark to turn on Saturday, but he figured it out on Sunday to reach the finals. But once again, veteran Jimmy Creten came out on top in the end with fast, smooth, and consistent runs all weekend long.

===== SHEDIAC, NB =====

6/21 Sat Aft: TYLER MORCOMBE [Towasaurus Wrex] defeated Jim Pigeon [Xtreme Jim]

6/22 Sun Aft: JIM PIGEON [Xtreme Jim] defeated Tyler Morcombe [Towasaurus Wrex]

The Centre for Speed in Shediac has been hosting some of Canada’s best monster trucks each year and gives them a big track to work with. This year, Americans Tyler Morcombe and Gage Bursey joined the mix and Morcombe had the classic Towasaurus Wrex truck running stronger than we’ve seen in many years. He advanced to the finals both days, winning on Saturday afternoon but suffering from fueling problems on Sunday, which let Jim Pigeon in Xtreme Jim get revenge for his loss the day before.

===== VANKLEEK HILL, ON =====

6/21 Sat Aft: RYAN COMO [Rat Nasty] defeated Jesse Como [Anger Management]

Ryan Como has two wins this season and they’ve both come in June. He wins in Vankleek Hill, Ontario—midway between Ottawa and Montreal.

===== WADENA, MN =====

6/19 Thu Ngt: KAILA SAVAGE [USA-1] defeated Brandi Schmidt [Monster Patrol]

A busy traveling weekend for the Legends of Monster Trucks tour kicked off in the north-central part of Minnesota, and—as the tradition goes—it was ladies first as Kaila Savage and Brandi Schmidt advanced to the finals to kick off the weekend with Savage putting Minnesota’s own USA-1 into victory lane for the 4th time this season.

===== WEST RICHLAND, WA =====

6/20 Fri Ngt: BILL PAYNE [Rock Star] defeated Gavin Sell [Reverse Racer]

6/21 Sat Ngt: BILL PAYNE [Rock Star] defeated Nick Jones [Spitfire]

Bill Payne becomes the 6th driver to reach 20 wins this season as he goes back-to-back in West Richland with the Malicious Tour. He’s won the last 5 Tour races and (by our records) he hasn’t missed a final since Cottage Grove back in April!
