===== WEEKEND RECAP FOR JUNE 10th – 14th, 2026 =====
Lots of great independent action this weekend in the States while the two big corporate tours took their racing programs abroad. Jimmy Creten won the biggest race of the weekend in Delmar, Maryland, beating out 8 top independent trucks for his 18th win of the season. That has the Bounty Hunter back up into the Top 20.
In Salinas, Travis Hall negotiated the turns and chicanes the best on the big Throwdown track to pick up his first win since November. In Springfield, Zack Garner beat each of the other 6 trucks one time over the two-day event to move himself back up into the Top Ten.
With Monster Jam, Colt Stephens picked up the win in Germany over veteran Charlie Pauken. With Hot Wheels, it was Rebecca Schnell posting a win and runner-up for Team Bigfoot in Lima, Peru, and also giving us our third all-female final of the year when she beat Kristen Migues on Sunday.
This weekend also saw Paul Craighead race in his 20th consecutive final with Monster X and pick up his 6th consecutive win. Nick Pagliarulo grabbed two wins with All Stars in New Hampshire as that tour prepares for their big weekend in Erie, Pennsylvania. There’s too much more to recap here, so be sure to read down below to see who else took home the checkered flag this weekend.

===== BELCOURT, ND =====
6/12 Fri Ngt: Travis GROTH [Double Trouble] defeated Tyler Groth [The Veteran]
6/13 Sat Aft: NO POINTS; This event did not meet the minimum of 4 trucks scheduled to compete
Travis and Tyler Groth split the weekend at the Sky Dancer Casino in North Dakota. Travis got the Friday win over brother Tyler. Breakage on Saturday reduced the field, so the trucks ran timed trials to determine the finalists, so we could not score that one for points. But we can tell you that Tyler in The Veteran beat out Josh Baumgartner in Mechanical Mischief for the win.
===== CHESANING, MI =====
6/13 Sat Aft: JEFF MURPHY [Shark Attack] defeated Thomas Kimmons [T-Rex]
6/13 Sat Ngt: JEFF MURPHY [Shark Attack] defeated Thomas Kimmons [T-Rex]

===== COOS BAY, OR =====
6/12 Fri Ngt: BILL PAYNE [Rock Star] defeated Nick Jones [Spitfire]
6/13 Sat Ngt: NICK JONES [Spitfire] defeated Myles Parker [Identity Theft]
Nick Jones has been having a great June so far with 3 wins in 4 final rounds. He grabbed the Saturday win in Coos Bay after dropping the Friday final to Bill Payne. Payne meanwhile is now the 5th driver this season to reach 20 wins and has moved up to 4th place overall in the Open rankings.
===== DELMAR, MD =====
6/13 Sat Ngt: JIMMY CRETEN [Bounty Hunter] defeated Ryan Disharoon [Shaker]
The biggest event of the weekend was The Metal Shop hosting 9 awesome trucks in Delmar, Maryland for 2026 return of Monsters of Metal. The St Louis style track featured a big bus jump before the finish line which resulted in plenty of big air. The tight turns were problematic for some teams, including Jordan Fisher who upset Air Mail in the first heat. Several other teams had trouble either spinning out or pushing wide, but veteran and former World Finals Racing Champion Jimmy Creten showed his experience and raced through the field for his 18th win of the season. While Creten wins often on his 4-truck 2X Live tour, this win proves that he is still a top racer and has earned his current Top 20 ranking.
===== ELKHORN, WI =====
6/13 Sat Aft: KORY KINAL [Jekyll & Hyde] defeated Dan Dahlgren [Shark Bite]
Kory Kinal was in the finals for the 6th consecutive time and scored his 4 win in that span as he beat out Dan Dahlgren in Elkhorn.
===== ESCANABA, MI =====
6/13 Sat Aft: JON ZIMMER SR [Uproar] defeated Jon Zimmer Jr [Terminal Velocity]
Jon Sr beat out Jon Jr at the Throwdown race in Escanaba, although he still trails in their head-to-head season series 6-17. Jon Jr also continues to lead the world in Total Points with 12005 through 64 races. He is the first driver to reach 12000 points this season and only the 10th all time. His previous best was last year when he scored 11631. The all-time highest was Tyler Menninga’s 15796 during the inaugural 2019 season.
===== FERNLEY, NV =====

6/13 Sat Ngt: PAUL CRAIGHEAD [Bearfoot] defeated Christian Poutre [Geronimo]
6/14 Sun Ngt: PAUL CRAIGHEAD [Bearfoot] defeated Andy Seiver [Hammer Down]
That’s now 6 consecutive wins and 20 consecutive final rounds for Paul Craighead in Bear Foot! He was once again unbeaten in Monster X Tour action, taking all three races in Fernley against a variety of competitors. Since taking the wheel of Bear Foot full time back on Mach 28th, he has risen from 85th to 48th in the Open Championship rankings.
===== GELSENKIRCHEN, GERMANY =====
6/13 Sat Aft: COLT STEPHENS [Monster Mutt Dalmatian] defeated Brandon Arthur [Earth Shaker]
Colt Stephens picked up some valuable points for his Open rankings with the Monster Jam International tour in Germany. Driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian, Stephens won the 8-truck St Louis style bracket which gained him 2 spots in the rankings. Since March, he has won 4 of his last 9 events.
===== HAILEY, ID =====
6/13 Sat Ngt: NO POINTS; This event did not meet the minimum of 4 trucks scheduled to compete
===== LIMA, PERU =====
6/13 Sat Aft: RICK STEFFENS [Gunkster] defeated Rebecca Schnell [Bigfoot]
6/14 Sun Aft: REBECCA SCHNELL [Bigfoot] defeated Kristen Migues [Mega Wrex]
The Hot Wheels Live tour headed way south to Lima, Peru for a pair of stadium events at Estadio San Marcos and we were excited to see racing on the schedule once again! Rebecca Schnell was winner and runner-up during the two events, including her win on Sunday over Kristen Migues, which was only the 3rd time this season we’ve had an all-female final. The others were Ashley Sanford over Krysten Anderson in San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 1st; and Brooke Pagliarulo over Athena Kozel in Maryville, Tennessee on March 29th.
===== MERCED, CA =====
6/10 Wed Ngt: ALEX BARDIN [Rockwell R.E.D.] defeated Carson Williams [Velociraptor]
6/11 Thu Ngt: We do not have results from this event
The Monsters of Destruction crew had a midweek race in Merced and Alex Bardin came out on top Wednesday night with his 15th win of the season. We are still looking for results from Thursday.
===== MONCTON, NB =====
6/14 Sun Aft: MICHAEL VATERS I [Black Stallion] defeated Pat Paquet [Overkill Evolution]
Following the Saint John Chicago-style race, the Monster Spectacular crew moved to Moncton to concrete holeshot action. Pat Paquet was behind the wheel of Overkill while Mikey Jr was driving for Monster Jam in Germany. He got the powerful Ford into the finals, but the old Thunder Nationals star Mike Vaters took the racing win with a huge jump that ended up breaking off the front left wheel on landing.
===== PORT PERRY, ON =====
6/13 Sat Aft: We do not have results from this event
6/13 Sat Ngt: We do not have results from this event
===== QUARRYVILLE, PA =====
6/13 Sat Ngt: PRESTON PÉREZ [Velociraptor] defeated Zane Rettew [Shredder]
After a trying month, Preston Perez got back into the winner’s circle at The Buck in Lancaster. Perez beat out track owner Zane Rettew in Shredder and was helped by Rettew running over the final turning tire in a close race. Perez gained 6 spots in the rankings which was the biggest move of any driver this weekend.
===== ROCHESTER, NH =====
6/13 Sat Aft: NICK PAGLIARULO [Kraken] defeated Brooke Pagliarulo [MissFire]
6/13 Sat Ngt: GREG WINCHENBACH [Crushstation] defeated Brooke Pagliarulo [MissFire]
6/14 Sun Aft: NICK PAGLIARULO [Kraken] defeated Brooke Pagliarulo [MissFire]
The All Star Tour stayed up in the northeast for a three-race weekend in Rochester. Qualifying rounds trimmed the six truck field down to four with the same four making the cut each race. Brooke Pagliarulo had a great weekend with 3 consecutive runner-ups, marking the first time in her career to be in consecutive final rounds. However, it was brother Nick and local favorite Greg Winchenbach taking the wins this weekend.
===== ROSWELL, NM =====
6/12 Fri Ngt: JOHNNY DAVENPORT [Ghost Ryder] defeated Ryan Robinson [Nitro Hornet]
6/13 Sat Ngt: JOHNNY DAVENPORT [Ghost Ryder] defeated Ryan Robinson [Nitro Hornet]
Johnny Davenport took both wins over Ryan Robinson in Roswell with the Monster Trucks Maniac tour. Robinson does not have a permanent ride on tour, but has been in the finals in each of his last 3 brackets. Davenport conversely has two full-time rides (Ghost Ryder and Girl Power) and has won 3 of his last 4 races.
===== SAINT JOHN, NB =====
6/13 Sat Aft: CHRIS DEHOYOS [Higher Education] defeated Eason Nuttal [Suberfoot]
Chris DeHoyos is having his best career racing season so far after picking up another win with the Monster Spectacular tour. The track was concrete again, but this time a tight Chicago-style set-up that seemed to favor smoothness. For Chris, it was his 2nd win in 3 races and his 4th of the season.
===== SALEM, IN =====
6/13 Sat Aft: RYAN HOLMAN [Godzilla] defeated Josh Holman [Rescue Racer]
The Monster Truck Bash brought in one of the biggest crowds that Salem Speedway has seen in recent memory and the four trucks on hand raced in around a single jump U-turn track. Josh Holman used a come-from-behind leap over the cars to beat Brandon Derrow in the first round, but fell to Ryan Holman in the finals as the Godzilla team racked up their first win of the season.
===== SALINAS, CA =====
6/14 Sun Aft: TRAVIS HALL [Kamikaze] defeated Tim Hall Jr [Jurassic Attack]
Throwdown returned to the big track in Salinas, California for their second year. The obstacles were big once again and the field was impressive with 273 points on the line, which was the 2nd-largest purse for the weekend. The unique R-shape tracked (that’s what I’m calling it anyway) was a variation on a U-turn, where trucks had to negotiate a subtle chicane after the turn. Brothers Travis and Tim Hall met up in the final round, but a broken axle on Jurassic Attack caused Tim to spin out in the turn and Travis raced by for his 2nd win of this Open season.
===== SPRINGFIELD, MO =====
6/12 Fri Ngt: ZACK GARNER [Wild Side] defeated Tripp Jones [Twisted Addiction]
6/14 Sun Aft: ZACK GARNER [Wild Side] defeated Alec White [Bad Decision]
Zack Garner doubled his win total for the year with a weekend sweep in Springfield, Missouri and gained 3 spots in the standings which now has the Wild Side team inside the Top Ten. Garner was undefeated through his six rounds, and in a strange lay of the brackets, he ended up beating each of the other 6 trucks once through the weekend.
===== WINSTON-SALEM, NC =====
Michael Hawkins returned in Equalizer for the Mayhem Monster Trucks race in Winston-Salem. He beat out fast qualifier Dillon Fenley in King Krunch in the finals, but with only 3 trucks scheduled to compete, this one could not be counted for points.
