===== WEEKEND RECAP FOR JULY 7th – 15th, 2026 =====
David Olfert ended Mark Hall’s winning streak in Bloomsburg and started his own with a dominate performance at the 4-Wheel Jamboree. The 657 points her earned in Pennsylvania have moved Olfert into 5th place in the Open Championship for the first time since April. While Hall’s winning streak ended, the Hall Brothers Racing Team has been in the last 9 consecutive finals in Bloomsburg.
Jon Zimmer Jr missed out on points at the World Finals two weeks ago, but he won on the giant S-Course in Sycamore Speedway with Throwdown and that gave him enough to move into a tie with Tyler Menninga for the #1 rank. Menninga wins the spot based on having a better Average.
The Outlaw Drags were back in Canfield with a challenging J-turn course. Preston Collins faced a tough battle from Preston Perez in the semi-finals but won by an inch and then flew past MissFire in the finals to pick up the big win.
While we were disappointed again by the Summer Smash in Evansville which had 20 incredible independent trucks but no racing; we did get a pleasant surprise with KSR Motorsports adding racing at Riverhead Raceway in New York! There were many other great races—and some races that we still need results for—so check them out below.
Thank you to everyone who has helped us with reporting events this week: Josh Baumgartner, J.r. Rouse, Phil Vicinanza, Nicholas Kraemer, Lee Collins, Dillon Fenley, Kirk Nagy, Dallas Glenn-Rogers, Jason Court, Ryan Como, David Rife, Pat Paquet, Mark Werner, Preston Perez, Max Gillie, and everyone who posted videos and photos online!

7/12 Sun Aft: DAVID OLFERT [Dirt Crew] defeated Kurt Kraehmer [Ramdemption]
Mark Hall came into the Summer 4-Wheel Jamboree with a 6-race final round streak in Bloomsburg, including a 3-race sweep last year. While Hall did return to the finals once this weekend, it was David Olfert who dominated the 2026 edition of the Jamboree, finishing as the quick qualifier every day and winning all three brackets. The course this year was a big Chicago-style track with large swooping jumps. Olfert now has 4 wins in a row and 19 wins overall and the points he gained this weekend has him up into the Top 5 of the Open Championship.
===== BUFFALO, NY =====
This Hot Wheels Live event did not include side-by-side racing and so points were not awarded
===== CANFIELD, OH =====
7/11 Sat Ngt: PRESTON COLLINS [Jurassic Attack] defeated Brooke Pagliarulo [MissFire]
The Outlaw Drags returned to Canfield, Ohio for the 5th time in 6 years. This year’s course was a challenging and tight J-turn track that finished with a huge jump over a school bus and had the trucks flying 20-feet above the finish line. The race of the day was the semi-final race between Preston Collins and Preston Perez which was a true photo finish. Despite a big leap from Perez over the bus, Collins won by an inch at the line. The Preston vs Preston series is now tied at 6 wins each this season. In the finals, Brooke Pagliarulo returned to replace the broken Virginia Giant (who himself had returned to the semi-finals as fast loser). This was Collins’ first time meeting Brooke in racing and he took the win handily for his 5th win of the year.
===== CINCINNATI, OH =====
This Monster Jam Arena Series event did not include side-by-side racing and so points were not awarded
===== COSHOCTON, OH =====

7/11 Sat Ngt: MASON RIFE [Psycho Circus] defeated Chris Rogers [Relentless]
Mason Rife moved from the holeshot racing with Throwdown in South Bend to another holeshot track in Davisburg at the Oakland County Fair. He picked up the win here, giving him his first racing win of the calendar year and second of the season.

===== DUMAS, TX =====
7/10 Fri Ngt: DILLON FENLEY [King Krunch] defeated Johnny Davenport [Ghost Ryder]
7/11 Sat Ngt: DILLON FENLEY [King Krunch] defeated Johnny Davenport [Ghost Ryder]
Two more wins for Dillon Fenley on the Monster Trucks Maniac Tour. He beat out Johnny Davenport in the finals both nights and is 10-1 against Davenport this season.
===== EVANSVILLE, IN =====
Sadly, once again, the massive Summer Smash event in Evansville did not include racing. This field included twenty incredible independent teams including lots of very fast trucks and could have been one of the biggest independent points events of the year.
===== FRASERVILLE, ON =====
7/11 Sat Aft: RYAN COMO [Rat Nasty] defeated Brandon Behan [Hellion]
7/11 Sat Ngt: MAT BRIAND [Train Wreck] defeated Ryan Como [Rat Nasty]

===== GREENTOWN, IN =====
7/13 Mon Ngt: LOGAN VESSELS [Block Head] defeated Roger Gauger [Bigfoot]
After seven consecutive final round appearances, Thomas Borders had to watch this one on the sideline after Roger Gauger beat him in the semi-finals of the Full Throttle Chicago-style racing in Greentown, Indiana. In the finals, however, it was Logan Vessels in Blockhead racing past Bigfoot for his 2nd win of the season.
===== LLOYDMINSTER, SK =====
This RAM Monsters & Mayhem event only had 3 trucks scheduled to compete and so points were not awarded. There was Chicago-style racing, however, with Jared Vogel and Jason Court each taking a win. Josh Baillie made his driving debut and was runner-up in event 2.
===== MAPLE PARK, IL =====
7/10 Fri Ngt: JON ZIMMER JR [Terminal Velocity] defeated Jon Zimmer Sr [Uproar]
7/11 Sat Ngt: We do not have results from this event
From figure 8 racing in past weeks to S-course racing at Sycamore Speedway this past weekend, Throwdown has been giving us some great racing action this summer. Jon Zimmer Jr won over father Jon Sr who returned as fast loser in the bracket. The fast S-course track included a giant bus jump right in the middle of the track. The win gave Zimmer Jr enough points to tie Tristan England in Average Points (189.15) which has bumped Zimmer up into a tie for #1 with Tyler Menninga.
We do not have results from Saturday night unfortunately, so if you know the brackets from that race, please send them in!
===== NASHVILLE, IL =====
7/8 Wed Ngt: TOMMY VARILONE [Dirt Crew] defeated Thomas Borders [Monkey Business]
Tommy Varilone brought an end to Thomas Border’s three-race winning streak on the Full Throttle Tour with his win on Wednesday night. It was his first win of the season.

7/11 Sat Mrn: STEVEN THOMPSON [Hurricane Force] defeated Joe Jenkins [Killer Bee]
7/11 Sat Ngt: SHANE OBLEN [Webslinger] defeated Steven Thompson [Hurricane Force]
In surprising good news this weekend, we learned that KSR Motorsports went racing at Riverhead Raceway for the first time in the Open Championship era! It was a tough no-dirt drag racing track on the asphalt infield. Steven Thompson made the finals both brackets, beating out Joe Jenkins in the afternoon before falling to Shane Oblen in Webslinger in the evening. For Thompson, it was his first win since March in Corbin, Kentucky with MOD. For Oblen, it was his first win of the season as this was his first weekend of racing this year!
===== SOUTH BEND, IN =====
7/7 Tue Ngt: We do not have results from this event
7/8 Wed Ngt: We do not have results from this event
Throwdown went old school holeshot racing in South Bend, but unfortunately we do not have results from either of the events. If you know the brackets, please share!
===== WENATCHEE, WA =====
7/10 Fri Ngt: NICK JONES [Spitfire] defeated Bill Payne [Rock Star]
7/11 Sat Ngt: MARVIN ANDERSON [Identity Theft] defeated Gavin Sell [Mixed Up]
The Malicious Tour went SoCal racing once again on the big track in Wenatchee. Four of the five trucks took turns in the finals with Nick Jones and Marvin Anderson each taking wins. Payne is now 1 point ahead of Tyler Menninga in Total Points (8266 to 8265) which has narrowed the gap for Jon Zimmer Jr in the race for the #1 rank.
===== WESTMINSTER, MD =====

7/11 Sat Ngt: JESSICA MILLARD [Be Aware] defeated Justin Perkins [Backdraft]
